- Today I found something as insipid as Brittney Spears’ “Satisfaction”. The Mamas and The Papas did a cover of “Twist and Shout”. Painful.
- At Erin’s request, I got a copy of the Bernadette Peter’s version of “Annie Get Your Gun”. Good orchestrations, but Peters should not attempt accents. Painful. Plus they cut some songs out of PC-ness, such as “I’m a Bad, Bad Man”, and changed the tempo of others.
