Theatre Schedule Solidified

Today, I took Metrorail downtown to complete the exchange of our season tickets for “A Chorus Line” at the Ahmanson Theatre. With that, our theatre schedule for the next few months is pretty well set:

May
Sat 5/10 @ 8pm: “The Brain From Planet X” at Chance Theatre
Sun 5/11 @ 2pm: “Pippin” at East-West Players
Sun 5/17 @ 2pm: “The Full Monty” at REP East Playhouse
Sat 5/24 @ 8pm: “Of Mice and Men” at Pasadena Playhouse
Sat 5/31 @ 6:30pm : “Grease” at Nobel Middle School
(also 5/29 @ 6:30pm, 5/30 @ 6:30pm, and 5/31 @ 2:30pm)

June
Sat, 6/14 @ 8pm: “A Very Brady Musical” at Theatre West
Sat, 6/28 @ 2pm: “A Chorus Line” @ Ahmanson Theatre <== ixixlix, please note the new date
Note that most weekends in June are blocked off due to nsshere’s 8th Grade Graduation.

July
Sun 7/13 @ 1pm: “The Drowsy Chaperone” at Ahmanson Theatre
Sat 7/26 @ 8pm: “Looped” at Pasadena Playhouse
Sat 7/31 @ 2pm: “Singing in the Rain” at Cabrillo Music Theatre

Pending Tickets
Songs From an Unmade Bed” at Celebration Theatre (6/22 or 7/5)
Parade” at Neighborhood Playhouse, Palos Verdes (7/13)

Right now, August is quiet. We’ll likely need the rest, because I expect September and October to pickup, with “9 to 5” at the Ahmanson, productions at the Playhouse and REP East, and the start of the Cabrillo season.
