So far today I’ve received at least two messages to an address not associated with my MySpace account with the subject line “New message from name on MySpace sent on date“. Inside the message are two URLs to click on to hear a new song you have been sent… of course, neither of these are MySpace URLs, nor are any other of the URLs in the message from MySpace.
Why am I posting this? Just to remind folks to not click on links in emails, or before you do, look closely at the URL associated with the link. The system/information you save may be your own.
