Packet Loss?

A technical question for folks. Since LiveJournal has gone to the new load balancers, has anyone else been experiencing packet loss? When I view pages at home (over Earthlink DSL), I keep getting lossage resulting in screwed up pages and having to do multiple refreshes. However, I don’t see the problem when I view pages at work (which I think has or had a T1 connection via Los Nettos). Am I the only one seeing this? Suggestions?
