Today was a day of fighting for truth, justice, and the American Way. I can’t go into the details, but I stayed on the path of Right and Good. It was just a long day. Luckily, the day ended with some good news:
- I received email from my Chiropracter indicating that he had a personal trainer to recommend for me.
- I received email from one of my dad’s brokers with a recommendation for a personal and estate lawyer.
- We got rid of one of our excess sewing machines. It has gone to a good home (my sister-in-law).
Alan Moon, posting in a Board Game Geek Geeklist (syndicated on Live Journal as bggnewgeeklists) announced that a new version of the game Ticket to Ride will be released in March or April. Called Ticket To Ride – Europe, it will feature a more intense game board, with 46 tickets (six long routes and 40 short routes), some longer routes (up to 8 spaces), only 9 double routes, some tunnels and ferry routes, and a new type of piece. Details are on the geeklist. I want this game!
- As was noted before, JKR has announced the 6th Harry Potter book will be released on July 16th.
All of this is good news.
