Today’s been a long, productive day; almost like days of old. It started out with my updating the highway pages, whilst enjoying DirecTV Ch. 832 (boy, I like that channel). In between all of this, I was doing laundry, about 8 loads (and thanks to gf_guruilla for folding it). I then went on a cleaning spree in the living room, and then worked with my daughter to clean some blivits in her room. Major success; it looks much better.
My daughter was then off to a birthday party, whilst we got to baby sit a 3 and 1.5 yo. I’d forgotten how much work it is. cellio estherchaya, you’re right to be tired!
We’re finishing up folding the laundry now. So, I’ve gotten a lot done today; a lot like a used to. I have worn my wrist brace most of the day; it really has helped with the arm. In fact, if I take it off, I can feel the irritation starting up after 10-15 minutes. Guess I need to support things in order for them to heal.
I’ve also had two roadgeeks add me as friends based on my highway update announcement. Welcome. Note that I may not reciprocate immediately: I tend to monitor the journals of folks that add me, and if they turn out to be something I’d like to read on a regular basis, then I add them to my list.
Time to finish up the laundry and go to bed. Tomorrow is a busy day: Religious School for the daughter; wrapping up the last of the Chanukah presents (yes, I know we’re late); and going down to Orange County for the family Chanukah party (delayed until everyone could be in town).
