What do the scores tell me?
Inorder to provide you with a meaningful comparison, the scores youreceived have been converted to “percentile scores.” This means thatyour personality score can be directly compared to another group ofpeople who have also taken this personality test.
How do I interpret percentile scores?
Thepercentile scores show you where you score on the five personalitydimensions relative to the comparison sample of other people who havetaken this test on-line. In other words, your percentile scoresindicate the percentage of people who score less than you on eachdimension. For example, your Extraversion percentile score is 53, whichmeans that about 53 percent of the people in our comparison sample areless extraverted than you — in other words, you are neitherintroverted or extroverted. Keep in mind that these percentile scoresare relative to our particular sample of people. Thus, your percentilescores may differ if you were compared to another sample (e.g., elderlyBritish people).
