Evidently, according to the New York Times, Roman Polanski is doing a new version of Oliver Twist, starring Ben Kingsley as Fagin. This portrayal will evidently be much less antisemitic than past portrayals–in fact, he will evidently be the centerpiece of the movie. The trailer is now online. Looking at it, it appears to be quite interesting.
