Flying the Unfriendly Skies

I used to travel a lot. Back in the early 1990s, I was doing weekly runs between LAX and IAD. Now, it’s rare for me to travel — in fact, I don’t think I’ve travelled by air since last December. So today it is off to the airport to see how things have changed, as I’m flying to BWI for a day or two of workshops. It will be interesting, but I’m not sure how pleasant, to see how United has changed.
