Has Hormel Ramped Up Production Again?

Has anyone else noticed an increase in the amount of spam in the last two days? Normally, I get perhaps 500 messages in my spamboxes each day. In the last 48 hours, I’ve seen over 2,200 messages. Is there a new worm on the loose?
