I didn’t do any entries yesterday because I was really busy. I left early to get down to Orange County to see my dad and to help my step mother with stuff. I’ve already reported on my dad’s condition in his blog, grandpa_a. We got home late, and I was beat (and my arm was bothering me). I took care of scheduling his bills for payment, and then went to the sofa and watched Trading Spaces and Taking Care of Business (my first time watching the latter, not a bad show).
Today is also going to be a busy day. I woke up with a slight headache and my arm bothering me. I’ll take some Excedrin in a minute. gf_guruilla is in her second day of an all day quilting class, so I get to take S&F to religious school. I’ll probably come home during and see what I can do here while all are out. ellipticcurve may be coming up; I don’t know yet. After I pick up S&F, she’s indicated she wants to play with The Karate Kid. Lastly, ellipticcurve and I (gf_guruilla would go, but she’s in class) may be going out to Arcadia to see a Wil Wheaton Book Signing at 4:00 PM. Busy day.
Update at 11:03 AM: ellipticcurve is not coming over, and we’re likely not going to the book signing. S&F was more F this morning, and had a 30-45 minute tantrum about religious school and doing the one page of homework this weekend. Net effect is she’s lost some privileges. Should be a fun afternoon…
