  1. What time did you get up this morning?<\/b>
    \n4:45 AM<\/font> PST.<\/p>\n
  2. Diamonds or pearls?<\/b>
    \nProbably diamonds. They work better in tie-tacks or watches, which is what I wear. I also like diamonds better on my wife.<\/p>\n
  3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema?<\/b>
    \nThe Incredibles<\/i>, on 25 December 2004.<\/p>\n
  4. What is your favorite TV show?<\/b>
    \nI’ll take this question as: What program would you be extremely peeved if you missed? The answer to that is: None. There are a number that I like: Survivor, Law and Order, CSI (Las Vegas or Miami), Numb3rs, Enterprise, Trading Spaces, While You Were Out, Clean Sweep… but none are ones I couldn’t live without.<\/p>\n
  5. What did you have for breakfast?<\/b>
    \nA hotdog and cheese sandwich and an orange. Question: Do Kosher hot dogs scream when you eat them with cheese?<\/p>\n
  6. What is your favorite food?<\/b>
    \nAbsolute favorite? As in “You will never<\/i> turn this down”? Quite likely either (a) French Onion Soup, (b) Good Japanese sushi\/teriyaki, or (c) Good KC or Austin or southern BBQ. But there are a number of other good candidates, such as great Thai or Greek food, Potatoes Au Grautin, Cuban Roast Pork (from Versailles<\/i> Restaurant), a good Veal or Chicken Saltimbocca or Florentine, or even a well-prepared Salami and Eggs. <\/p>\n
  7. What foods do you dislike?<\/b>
    \nExtremely spicy foods, as I’m sensitive to peppers. Coconut (hate the taste and texture of it). Okra. Eggplant. Cauliflower. I’m still not enamored of some varieties of fish.<\/p>\n
  8. What is your favorite CD at the moment?<\/b>
    \nToo hard to answer, as I have over 800 CDs. Right now, I’m listening to The Monkees<\/i> (if you can believe that), as well as some shows such as New Faces of 1952<\/i>.<\/p>\n
  9. What kind of car do you drive?<\/b>
    \n1999 Honda Civic DX Hatchback. Before that, a 1981 Nissan Stanza Hatchback. Before that, a 1985 Nissan Stanza sedan. Before that, a 1977 Toyota Corona. Before that, a 1968 Buick Skylark.<\/p>\n
  10. Favorite sandwich?<\/b>
    \nThe #4 from Togos: Turkey, Salami, Cheddar Cheese, tomatoes, onions, and light mayo.<\/p>\n
  11. What characteristics do you despise?<\/b>
    \nDishonesty. Duplicity. Lack of committment.<\/p>\n
  12. Favorite item of clothing?<\/b>
    \nUmmm. I really don’t have a favorite item, but tend to wear jeans or twills and either oxford cloth shirts (from Lands End) or flannel shirts. <\/p>\n
  13. If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation where would you go?<\/b>
    \nVacation, you say. No thinking of cost? Probably, Australia or South Africa, or perhaps the South Pacific.<\/p>\n
  14. Ever unwrapped a Starburst with your tongue?<\/b>
    \nUsed to chow through them back in college days. I think I did back then.<\/p>\n
  15. How many keys on your key chain?<\/b>
    \n21.<\/p>\n
  16. What did you do yesterday?<\/b>
    \nWorked (6:30 AM<\/font> to 3:30 PM<\/font>. Rode the van home. Went out to dinner with the extended family to celebrate my uncle’s birthday. Hint: Do not go to Cafe Bellisimo in Woodland Hills. Although my veal was good, the rest was so-so.<\/p>\n

    \nLooking at my dad for the last time just before the funeral.<\/p>\n
  18. Is your house clean?<\/b>
    \nClose enough for government work. The cleaning crew was there yesterday, but there are still areas of clutter. Don’t ask about the sewing room.<\/p>\n
  19. Favorite time of year?<\/b>
    \nHard to answer in Los Angeles, as we don’t have normal seasons here, we have wet, smoke, etc. My favorite time is a cold, crisp day just after a rainstorm.<\/p>\n
  20. What color is your bathroom?<\/b>
    \nOne is blue, one is pink. These are historical artifacts from when we bought the house back in 1989.<\/p>\n
  21. Where would you retire?<\/b>
    \nCentral coast of California, between Santa Barbara and Monterey.<\/p>\n

    \nEarly morning, around 5:00 – 6:00 AM<\/font>.<\/p>\n

    \nWent out to dinner for Greek food with my family. Cuddled with wife in the evening. Did boardgaming the next day.<\/p>\n

    \nI’ve got a few waiting to start: Hammer and the Cross (Harrison), the new Pern book by Anne and Tim McCaffrey. But in terms of reading, I’m rereading Houston Freeways<\/i> by Eric Slothbottom.<\/p>\n
