Small &#038; Feisty eventually calmed down, and we reached Orange County around 3:30 <font SIZE=-1>PM<\/font>. Not a super-exciting time, but I did get a lot of time to sit down and talk to my dad, which is, after all, the point of the day. I got two Father&#8217;s Day gifts from my family: a copy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardgamegeek.com\/game\/2651\">Power Grid<\/a>, and a copy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardgamegeek.com\/game\/3699\">Killer Bunnies and the Quest for the Magic Carrot<\/a> (blue and yellow), plus the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardgamegeek.com\/viewitem.php3?gameid=6248\">red<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardgamegeek.com\/viewitem.php3?gameid=6673\">violet<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardgamegeek.com\/game\/10674\">orange<\/a> boosters. The first I know is a good game; I&#8217;ve never played the latter.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow I&#8217;m taking a vacation day to get Small &#038; Feisty packed for camp.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Well, it wasn&#8217;t so bad after all.
