This morning, while getting dressed for work, something *tweaked* in my lower back and I&#8217;ve been in pain *all day*. When to the chiropractor, and he indicated is it a bad strain. He did what he could do; I&#8217;m seeing him again tomorrow night. Sigh. I&#8217;m working from home as I can tomorrow, as I&#8217;ve got theatre Friday night.
