I was just watching the news, and they did a report on all the destroyed homes in Joplin MO. Thinking about that, I wondered…. we have a glut of houses on the market, including a large number of foreclosures. I’m sure there are some in the Joplin area. Mightn’t there be a way to not rebuild the destroyed houses, and instead figure out a way to transfer the mortgages on those houses to the foreclosed houses.
