I like it because it demonstrates 3 of the 4 &#8220;E&#8221;s quite well:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Engineering:<\/b>  \u201cAny two-lane road in Sonoma County can be dangerous,\u201d [CHP Officer] Sloat said. \u201cThis is because two-lane roads have no physical divider and are usually lined with trees that rarely move when you hit them,\u201d he said.\n<li><b>Enforcement:<\/b> What\u2019s the CHP to do? \u201cTickets, tickets, tickets,\u201d he said. \u201cStats show that the more tickets we write in an area, the fewer collisions we take and the fewer injuries and deaths occur.\u201d\n<li><b>Education:<\/b> He said Caltrans erected \u201cHeadlights On\u201d signs to get drivers to increase their visibility to other drivers, and that helped reduce crashes too.<\/ul>\n<p>That 4th E? Emergency Medical Services.
