First, with all the revived popularity in Michael Jackson, <a href=\"http:\/\/ocresort.freedomblogging.com\/2009\/07\/29\/is-michael-jacksons-captain-eo-returning-to-disneyland\/12767\/\" target=\"_blank\">Disneyland is thinking about bringing back Capt. Eo<\/a>. Perhaps around Halloween. Speaking of Halloween, Disneyland is also running a contest to allow <a href=\"http:\/\/ocresort.freedomblogging.com\/2009\/07\/30\/haunted-mansion\/12647\/\" target=\"_blank\">a few select guests to spend a night in the Haunted Mansion<\/a> (specifically, in the inescapable elevator).\n<li><i>From the \u201c<b>Reflections<\/b>\u201d Department:<\/i> Although most engineers probably do this already, there is now <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2009\/07\/30\/science\/earth\/30degrees.html\" target=\"_blank\">a trend towards white roofs as an energy saving device<\/a>. You see, white roofs absorb less heat, keeping houses cooler in the summer. I know that whenever I\u2019ve had the choice on roofing, I\u2019ve always gone for the white roof.\n<li><i>From the \u201c<b>But They\u2019re Still Annoying<\/b>\u201d Department:<\/i> You know those jerks in traffic that weave in and out, and raise your blood pressure (perhaps you\u2019re one of them)? Well, <a href=\"http:\/\/latimesblogs.latimes.com\/uptospeed\/2009\/07\/jerks-making-your-commute-a-little-better.html\" target=\"_blank\">a recent study shows that they actually keep traffic moving faster and prevent traffic jams<\/a>.
