I was running into a problem: If we left <a href=\"http:\/\/www.starwoodhotels.com\/sheraton\/property\/overview\/index.html?propertyID=1569\" target=\"_blank\">the hotel near Disneyland<\/a> at 12:00pm, we couldn\u2019t hit a restaurant, have <a href=\"http:\/\/originalolamendis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">lunch<\/a>, and be to <a href=\"http:\/\/danawharf.com\/whalewatch.html\" target=\"_blank\">the whale watching dock at Dana Point<\/a> by 2pm (<a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?f=d&#038;hl=en&#038;geocode=&#038;saddr=1855+South+Harbor+Boulevard+%C2%B7+Anaheim+,+California+92802&#038;daddr=34664+Pacific+Coast+Highway,+Dana+Point,+CA+92624+to:34675+Golden+Lantern,+Dana+Point,+California+92629&#038;mra=ps&#038;mrcr=0,1&#038;sll=33.630585,-117.7869&#038;sspn=0.399629,0.666733&#038;ie=UTF8&#038;z=11\" target=\"_blank\">map of route<\/a>). I was debating switching things to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newportwhales.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Newport Beach<\/a>, which is closer (<a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?f=d&#038;hl=en&#038;geocode=&#038;saddr=1855+South+Harbor+Boulevard+%C2%B7+Anaheim+,+California+92802&#038;daddr=309+Palm+-+Suite+A+-+Balboa+CA.+92661&#038;sll=33.630585,-117.7869&#038;sspn=0.399629,0.666733&#038;ie=UTF8&#038;ll=33.701525,-117.882175&#038;spn=0.3993,0.666733&#038;z=11\" target=\"_blank\">map of route<\/a>), when the idea hit me.<\/p>\n<p>We had been talking today about the possibility of box lunches. What is more Southern California, in terms of food, than <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in-n-out.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">In-N-Out Burger<\/a>. If we take advantage of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in-n-out.com\/secretmenu.asp\" target=\"_blank\">their \u201cnot-so-secret menu\u201d items<\/a> or even <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/In-N-Out_Burger_menu_items\" target=\"_blank\">their real secret menu items<\/a> we can easily handle all guest (except the ones needing Kosher meals): vegan, vegetarian, or meat-lovers. I can base the price off the Double-Double Combo meal, since most items should be below that. I pre-order it and pick it up to be ready to distribute as folks get on the bus, and we eat as we go down to Dana Point. About the only risk would be an In-N-Out meal on a rolling boat. But that\u2019s only a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dtic.mil\/whs\/directives\/corres\/pdf\/851001p.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Cat III risk<\/a>, right?<\/p>\n<p>I think this is a pretty good idea. In-N-Out.
