Yup, another day by myself. My wife and daughter are down in “The O.C.” visiting my sister-in-law and her kids for a birthday party, and they let me stay home and update the highway pages. And so…. I did…<\/p>\n

No formal link updates, but I did need to repair some links to Joel\t\t\t Windmiller’s sites, which have been down for a few years. While I’m checking to\t\t\t see if they will ever be back, I did add some links to Joel’s original site (http:\/\/home.pacbell.net\/hywaymn\/<\/a>),\t\t\t which still (amazingly) seems to be up. So go visit those Caltrans Bloopers and\t\t\t “C” blocks while you can!<\/p>\n

Added some more information on the history of the Southern California Freeway\t\t\t System<\/a> to the history pages–specifically, I added an interesting map that\t\t\t was published in the LA Times Blogs. I also updated the\t\t\t History of San Francisco Freeway Pages<\/a> to\t\t\t reflect some information provided by Mike Brady on the San Jose St.\t\t\t undercrossing.<\/p>\n

Updated the statistics on the progress of the exit mile numbering<\/a>. Thanks to Don Howe of\t\t\t Caltrans for this information. <\/p>\n

Updated the legislative information\t\t\t page<\/a>. <\/p>\n
