[Nov] STIP Amendment 06S-015 The Department\t\t\t\t and San Diego Associated Governments are requesting to program $81,289,000 of\t\t\t\t Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for\t\t\t\t Users (SAFETEA-LU) Border Infrastructure Program (BIP) funds to Construction in\t\t\t\t FY 2006-07 for the Route\u00a0905<\/a> freeway \u2013 Otay Mesa project (PPNO 0374K) in\t\t\t\t San Diego County.
