As a result, I&#8217;ve been looking through HR3 and the &#8220;high priority&#8221; allocations it makes. You can find a list from before it went to committee <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxpayer.net\/Transportation\/hr3database\/states.htm\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>; the list amended by the committee can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.house.gov\/rules\/109textTEALU.htm\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>. Be prepared: these are large lists: 201 pages, over 3500 projects, and over $5,900,000,000 of your tax dollars being spent.<\/p>\n<p>Peruse these lists. Do you want to see the ones that affect just California? There are over 400. You can find just the California ones, before committee, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.taxpayer.net\/Transportation\/hr3database\/CA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Some are useful.
