Even better, after dinner, we played a game of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardgamegeek.com\/game\/2651\" target=\"_blank\">Power Grid<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/ixixlix.livejournal.com\/\" class=\"lj-user\">ixixlix<\/a>&#8216;s husband, S, won the game after a ferocious bidding session that saw the Karate Kid bidding 120 for one plant, S&#038;F buying one for 80, and one other going in the 60s. I came in second. We didn&#8217;t have time for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardgamegeek.com\/game\/9209\" target=\"_blank\">Ticket to Ride<\/a>, so I owe <a href=\"http:\/\/ixixlix.livejournal.com\/\" class=\"lj-user\">ixixlix<\/a> a game of that.<\/p>\n<p>Came home to a surprise: A Tupperware full of rice flour mix had fallen off the rack and (you guessed it) exploded over the floor.
