I&#8217;d say I&#8217;d make stew, but it is Pesach after all, so perhaps we&#8217;ll have observation charosis: a chopped of mix of a bunch of news articles, sweetened with a little wine and cinammon.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Various Body Parts<\/strong>. Let&#8217;s get the risque out of the way first. Two articles related to some, ahem, interesting body parts. Here&#8217;s a headline certain to grab the eye: &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/tabletmag.com\/scroll\/190090\/we-need-to-talk-about-foreskin-facials?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+tabletmag+%28Tablet+Magazine%29\">Talking About Foreskin Facials<\/a>&#8220;. You probably don&#8217;t think about what they do with the remains after the act, but one enterprising company has created <span class=\"newWindow\">the HydraFacial, a technology that uses the stem cells from an infants\u2019 foreskin to regenerate aging and stressed skin. <\/span>As the Lizards say, &#8220;Insert your own joke here&#8221;. More interested in breasts, perhaps. Here&#8217;s an article about something you likely don&#8217;t think about in your videogame: <a href=\"http:\/\/boingboing.net\/2015\/03\/11\/video-games-breast-physics.html?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+boingboing%2FiBag+%28Boing+Boing%29\">Breast Physics<\/a>. Yup. How to make few females in videogames (who are all overendowed) move in a realistic fashion, no, scratch that, a fashion designed to entice male players.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Podcasts of Interest.<\/strong> Two interesting podcast roundups. The first provides <a href=\"http:\/\/playbill.com\/news\/article\/broadway-has-your-ear-8-theatre-podcasts-you-should-be-listening-to-345400\">8 theatre podcasts<\/a>. Many of these I already listen to, but I did find two I liked: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theaterppl.com\/\">Theatre People<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/theaterppl\">FB<\/a>) and <a href=\"http:\/\/theensemblist.com\/\">The Ensemblist<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TheEnsemblist?fref=ts\">FB<\/a>). The second is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vox.com\/2015\/3\/29\/8308033\/podcast-reviews-recommendations\">a list of 26 podcast recomendations from Vox<\/a>. Some of these look interesting, but I&#8217;m so backed up now it is ridiculous (and they don&#8217;t even include the NPR podcasts).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Changing the Look<\/strong>. Continuing our string of groupatwos: <a href=\"http:\/\/refrigerators.reviewed.com\/news\/coca-cola-tests-out-a-new-unified-look-for-cans?utm_source=usat&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=collab\">Coca-Cola is testing a new look for their products that unifies the packaging<\/a> with common themes. It still won&#8217;t get me to drink sugar or chemical water. Second, in Los Angeles, <a href=\"http:\/\/laist.com\/2015\/04\/02\/simple_parking_signs_going_up.php\">they are trying out new simplified parking signs<\/a>. A step in the right direction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thinking About Los Angeles.<\/strong> Two Los Angeles items, connected by&#8230; nothing. The first looks at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kcet.org\/socal\/departures\/columns\/lost-landmarks\/ranch-of-the-friends-extraordinary-evolution-of-the-los-angeles-county-poor-farm.html\">the fascinating history of Rancho Los Amigos<\/a> &#8212; the original poor farm of Los Angeles &#8212; in Downey.\u00a0 The second looks at a proposal to <a href=\"http:\/\/la.curbed.com\/archives\/2015\/04\/metro_rail_names_letters.php\">re-designate LA rail lines by letter as opposed to the current colors<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You&#8217;ve Got the Power.<\/strong> To close things out, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcworld.com\/article\/2868314\/the-essential-guide-to-buying-a-homeplug-ethernet-adapter-including-6-hands-on-reviews.html#tk.rss_all\">a review of Powerline Adapters<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s Saturday, and that means it is time to clear out the accumulated links of a busy week.
