His name is John Rovack. The host says, Sheriff John, and says, “What is your answer?” The Sheriff reveals a card showing “sticks of TNT”. The audience applauds. The Sheriff then turns to the audience, and says, “we all know what she should have put on the cake, boys and girls”. He pulls out a guitar, strums an “A” note, and starts singing the Birthday Cake Polka for bossjock967:
